We built TDM the hard way and earned the right to scale. In 2021 we started by serving creators and agencies directly. By 2022 we opened our first office and scaled to a hundred team members across multiple platforms. Early 2023 we crossed the million-dollar-a-week mark, partnered with 50+ agencies, opened TDM HQ, and rebranded to match the size of our vision. We’re agency-first and we still run pages today, which is why our clients get practical strategy, not theory.
TDM started as a tight circle of friends and family before we expanded into what we believe is the best team in the industry. That closeness shows up in the way we represent creators, manage relationships, and keep pages healthy round the clock. If you want suits and scripts, that’s not us. If you want a team that treats creator growth like a craft, you’re in the right place.

We keep it human. Our in-house UK chat team works side-by-side in the office, with real handovers and managers walking the floor. It’s emotionally intelligent, brand-aware chatting that protects renewals, big spenders, and long-term page health. We learned early that the “cheap outsource” playbook breaks trust, damages representation, and leaks data. So we built the opposite: in-office comms, culture, and compliance that actually scales.
We don’t chase gimmicks. We test everything. When everyone shouted about AI chat, we stress-tested it across niches and threw it out for quality. “All of the AI we tested is absolutely horrifically bad… we’re miles away from something that can match content pairing, brand nuance and context.” We’ll adopt it when it serves creators, not before.
Growth to us is momentum you can bank on. Every post, campaign, and conversation compounds into something durable. We don’t skip the work because we know the work is the moat. When we say we’re aligned on revenue and reputation, we mean it, and our model, culture and retention reflect that.
