Liam Turnbull

Liam Turnbull CEO

Liam brings a proven business mind to the creative space, turning talent into consistent performance. He and Cam built TDM after watching most OnlyFans set-ups fail for the same reasons… no clarity, no rhythm, no brand consistency. Liam added a corporate backbone to the creative side of the operation so it can scale without losing it’s voice. Ownership is clear across chat, content, compliance and client success teams. Department structure and escalation paths mean the when problems arise, they’re resolved efficiently. Quality assurance protects brand and boundaries. Documentation and training turn TDM’s voice into a repeatable standard.

The result is a modern, creative agency with enterprise-level operations that you typically see in businesses which have been around for a much longer period of time. Creators get brand safety and predictable delivery. The team gets clarity and momentum. The agencies growth compounds because the structure that Liam continues to build supports new ideas instead of slowing them down.

Operational Roots, Industry Impact

Liam started on the shop floor, he managed chat teams and wrote the playbooks which fixed the messy parts most people avoid, that grounded view still shapes how we operate today. He then scaled that playbook into an agency model that safeguards creators and compounds revenue.

Today he also brings that experience to the wider space. Through TDM’s YouTube channel he breaks down real operations, shares what actually works and sets a higher bar for the industry. On stage at events like TES, he speaks on standards, structure and sustainable growth, the same principles we run in-house so that creators and agencies have the opportunity to operate at the highest level.

Liam’s Journey

Liam started in sport and personal training where discipline is a key component of success. As a teenager he set age-group world records in weightlifting. Proper form. Compounding gains. Pressure managed, not avoided. Those habits carried into business and you can see them in the way the agency runs today.

When TDM began he spent years inside the work getting his hands dirty and the base level, 20 hour shifts on chat and empty cans of Monster were standard. Liam spent time rewriting replies so they sounded like the creator and turning messy habits into simple checklists, that is where the sales psychology which we still use today was built. As the team grew he focused on structure. Hiring for cultural fluency and team ethic. Writing the first run of SOPs. Setting quality bars that do not slip when things get busy.

Today Liam spends more time on direction than delivery. He sets the standards, pressure tests the numbers and keeps the agency pointing towards growth. The shop floor runs with confidence because the operating system is clear and the leadership is present.
